Strategic London Locations

LABS operates across two key London campuses, each positioned to serve different professional needs:

The Camden Campus places you at the heart of London’s creative energy. LABS Hawley Lock sits directly adjacent to STAY Camden, accessible through our main reception – your workspace is literally steps from your apartment. LABS Atrium occupies three floors within Camden Market’s historic Stables, featuring a design collaboration with Tom Dixon- plus lush greenery that celebrates the area’s industrial heritage.

The Holborn Campus positions professionals between the Financial District and West End, just two minutes from Holborn station. This campus includes LABS House (15-19 Bloomsbury Way), LABS Hogarth House (136 High Holborn), LABS Southampton Place, and LABS 90 High Holborn: four interconnected buildings all within five minutes of each other.

Beyond Traditional Coworking

LABS creates genuine community and connection through flexible membership options. The Roaming Membership (£299/month) provides access to elegant lounges, semi-private booths, communal tables, onsite gyms, bike storage, and high-speed connectivity across the entire network. You can start your day at LABS Camden and transition to LABS Holborn as your professional needs evolve.

Meeting rooms accommodate everything from intimate four-person discussions to 25+ person presentations, all equipped with premium technology and video conferencing capabilities. Day passes offer flexible access for those needing occasional workspace without ongoing commitment.

Terms & Conditions: Offer available to current STAY guests only with proof of booking required and subject to LABS General Manager discretion. Applies to day passes, meeting rooms and roaming memberships which are per person and non-exchangeable. Roaming memberships require a 1-month minimum commitment with 1-month cancellation notice. Meeting room bookings can be cancelled free of charge with 2+ business days notice, however 100% of the booking fee is payable if cancelled with 1 day or less notice.
